American Comedian Mar'ko Dee conquers the Shenandoah Valley to build a 360 talent team composed of a wide range of acts
Every person walking earth has a talent that makes them unique. An ability that only they command like none other. In Harrisonburg, Virginia, American Comedian MAR'KO DEE has declared his mission to sign them all to his team and he is well on his way.
A SUPER TEAM BORN - ONE MIC AT A TIME
From the first time MAR'KO DEE stepped in front of a microphone , he envisioned something greater than himself, larger than that stage, and grander than a dream. In an exclusive interview with 540 MAGAZINE, the comedian admits that NGO (NEGRINGO) PRODUCTIONS' origin hasn't been without its challenges, but his determination is everlasting. Co-founder, Reggie Barksdale, planted the seed that has grown into a conglomerate that encompasses performances in R&B music, Stand-Up Comedy, Hip-Hop music and community. Their goal is to enrich the performance value of local indie artists with vocal lessons, stage coaching, music production and artist management.
DOING BETTER THAN GOOD
It can be argued that Mar'ko Dee is not the first to attempt the tremendous feat of pooling talent in Harrisonburg. However, he has proven that entertainment can build more than just good time. In his latest outing, the young mogul landed front page of the local print news for his generosity during the Christmas season. With hundreds of dollars in door prizes given away, it made for a very merry everything.
THE FUTURE IS BRIGHT
With an already thriving organization, Mar'ko Dee has a sleeve full of aces. With a pipeline full of hip-hop artists, a newly minted NGO LATINO division and a production release upcoming - ambitious doesn't begin to describe this project.
